Why you need a digital Employee Experience Design.

Digitisation is everywhere, whether you like it or not. It disrupts the way we live and the way we work (together) – sometimes even subconsciously.
Like in every change process there will be resistance, that might feel like it is delaying what needs to be done. However, when you can convince your toughest opponents, they will become your best allies. In this article,  I will share my views on the potential of the digitisation in the workplace, especially for HR. - Published on HR Trend Institute

Digital Transformation: Mindset. Technology. People. Process. Where is HR?

Modernisation is already been done, today’s buzzword is digital transformation. Sceptics often ask: “what does it mean?” While the question really should be: “What does it offer?” Research of the HR Trend Institute shows most companies are not consciously occupied with digital transformation, let alone the transformation of HR. There is still a long road to take, maybe/possibly a never ending road, but one that offers multiple solutions and possibilities over the status quo; losing the war on talent or the battle in favor of retention. - Published on HR Tech Valley Blog

HR Tech is evolving rapidly. Can HR keep pace?

There is a change happening. A change in the development and implementation of HR tech solutions – and services. Previously the change process ran from the top down, under the influence of the organization’s and suppliers’ needs, it is now reforming itself from the bottom up. Organizations’ needs are increasingly aligned with the needs of HR. HR, in turn, pays more and more attention to the needs of future and present employees – due to the war on talent, the digitization of the workforce and boosting engagement in favor of retention. - Published on CactusSoft Blog

Forget about 2018. Is your HR ready for 2020?

In 2020, almost 50% of the working population worldwide will consist of Millennials, born between 1976 and 2001: a generation of more than 80 million individuals who grew up in the digital era. When they entered the labor market they had a profound impact on human resources management, which has almost been forced into a Digital Transformation in order to attract, develop and retain this generation. -  Published on the CactusSoft Blog.

Some years ago I did a study on the impact of Millennials in the workplace and I have decided that it is time to refresh these insights - which are now widely spread. This quirky generation has already acquired a large stake in the workplace, so a renewed focus on their specifications and preferences makes sense to bring the Digital Transformation of HR in the right gear. - Published on HRToolz Blogspot
